Congratulations to all of the new titleholders and to Joy Pfister, the Director.  A special congratulations to Once Upon A Dream's first Inspirational Award Winner, Austin Bytnar.  She will be making appearances as the The 2009 North Carolina International Dream Girl this year.  The Once Upon A Dream Inspiration Award is presented to the person that has inspired others to spread their wings and reach their dreams with passion, integrity and most of all joy!
